Dr. Paul Chappell, pastor of the Lancaster Baptist Church and president of West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California, is the Executive Editor and Publisher of The Baptist Voice—a ministry resource magazine dedicated to helping Christian readers across the globe.

The Baptist Voice began with a burden to offer encouraging and helpful information to fellow servants in the ministry. The first printing was in 1998, and it mailed primarily to the Lancaster Baptist Church family. Today its circulation is world-wide.

Dr. Paul Chappell has been married for twenty-eight years, and has two daughters and two sons. His three married children are serving in full-time Christian ministry, and his youngest sonis preparing for ministry at West Coast Baptist College.

Dr. Paul Chappell is also the author of eleven books: A Heart for God, To Seek and To Save, Enter His Presence, Guided by Grace, The Right Path, Order in the Church, Grace for Godly Living, A Firm Foundation, Acts: The Church Alive, Abiding in Christ, and The Spiritual Leader. He is a frequent speaker in Bible conferences throughout the United States and around the world.
