Christianity is never more than one generation from extinction. Regardless of our personal fervency for the Lord, if we fumble the baton transfer, we lose the race. Fumbling our faith is not an option.
Will we “do life” with the members of our classes? Or will we leave them to figure it out on their own? Let me offer some suggestions to those who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with those in your care.
Homework is often misunderstood by teachers, parents, and students. It should never be used as a punishment—students already have a bad taste about homework.
